PlebChow Shepard’s Pie
5 large Potatoes
1 Large Red Pepper
1 Punnet of Mushrooms
1 Large Onion
400 grams Lamb Mince
200 grams sliced Smoked Ham
1 heaped Tablespoon Margarine
1 heaped Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 heaped Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
Small Block Of Cheese (Grated)
200 grams Thai Sweet Chilli Flavour Chrisps
1 Packet Oxtail Soup
100ml Chicken Oil (Left over from Roasting Chicken)
Dice potatoes into small blocks put in pot with 1.5 litres of water and boil soft
Chop Red Pepper into small pieces
Finely Chop the Onion
Slice Mushrooms into small slices Microwave at High power with Chicken oil for 2 minutes.
Mix Mince, Red pepper and finely chopped Onion in Glass Bowl,
pour the excess Chicken Oil In which the mushrooms cooked in and Microwave for 12 Minutes on High,
add the Oxtail soup and Microwave for a further 5 Minutes stirring Often.
Mash Potatoes add 200ml Milk, Tablespoon Margarine, and teaspoon of baking powder.
Place a thin layer of mash in to baking dish.
Place a layer of Mushrooms on top ot this, top with a third of the grated cheese
Place the Cooked Mince over this spread out evenly
Top with the Mash Potatoes, sprinkle Crushed Crisps over the top evenly.
Top with remaining Cheese, bake in preheated oven 220 degrees Celsius for 15 Minutes
Grill topping for 5 Minutes
- 1 tin of Corned Beef
- 3 Slices of Garlic Polony
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 Pk Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 6 large Patatoes
- Dash of Garlic Flakes
- Dash of Portuguese steak spice
- 1 Tin of Mixed vegetables
- 2 Tbs Strong Curry powder (Father In Law)
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 Tbs Margarine
- 3 Tbs Margarine
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Tbs Flour
- 3 slices of processed Cheese
- 1 Tbs Oil
Chop up potatoes and add to pot of boiling water, boil untill soft.
While waiting for potatoes to soften, chop onion, dice Corned Beef and Garlic Polony.
Fry Onion and chopped meat, in small casserol, with the oil, add spices and stir constantly.
Add mixed vegetables and Curry powder, stir well, lower heat and simmer
Patatoes should now be soft, drain patatoes, take a masher, and mash till fine, add milk, 1 tbs margarine and baking powder
Mash till light and fluffy, don't forget to, stir the caserol pot, from time to time.
Melt, 3 Tbs Margarine, in microwave, add Cream of Mushroom soup and Flour, stir to make paste, add milk, processed cheese and water.
Microwave at 100% for 6 min, stirring often, when done, dish up mash, toped with stew and sauce and enjoy.
